Seeking ways in which our Kauai beach resort might help alleviate traffic congestion on the island’s two-lane north shore roads and provide a convenience to our guests, we conducted an online survey in March 2013 asking past guests for input regarding a possible shuttle service.
The response was completely unexpected! We received nearly a thousand completed surveys within the first six hours, and the feedback was overwhelmingly positive. Our guests told us they would appreciate a shuttle service, and we listened.The resort’s new 13-passenger shuttle operates daily from morning until sunset.
