The Shuttle:Hanalei Colony Resort now offers a complimentary guest shuttle service that is available to transport resort guests to and from various north shore destinations. Seeking ways in which our Kauai beach resort might help alleviate traffic congestion on the island’s two-lane north shore roads and provide a convenience to our guests, we conducted an online survey in March 2013 asking past guests for input regarding a possible shuttle service.

The response was completely unexpected! We received nearly a thousand completed surveys within the first six hours, and the feedback was overwhelmingly positive. Our guests told us they would appreciate a shuttle service, and we listened.The resort’s new 13-passenger shuttle operates daily from morning until sunset.
