The home has many closets, 2-zoned gas heat and central air, a newer roof, and solar panels, and is on a crawl space. This is on a deep lagoon, with easy access to mouth of Great Bay and a short ride to Holgate Inlet by boat. Fish, Swim, kayak, and jet ski and boat from your private backyard oasis. HIGH and DRY! The home had no water from Sandy and the flood insurance is very affordable. In a small, beautiful area of homes on larger waterfront sized lots than most of Mystic Islands. Great Bay beach is within walking distance and is a great area to swim and fish and catch the views of Atlantic City and has just been all re-done this year. The garage was converted to the downstairs master closet and large mud room. NO Water from Sandy!! Good elevation and flood is less than $1000 per year!
