We offer self check-in and check-out. The villa is professionally cleaned and sanitized between each guest, with check-out time at 10 AM. Late check-outs may incur a fee of up to $300. It is a self-catering home, so supplies are not refilled during your stay. Each bathroom will have shampoo, conditioner, body wash, a single roll of toilet paper, and hand soap. The laundry room provides enough detergent pods for up to two loads. In the kitchen, a paper towel roll, a couple of trash bags, dishwashing detergent, and a sponge are provided. There is a coffee maker, but coffee is not provided. Salt, pepper, and cooking oil are available for use. No smoking and no drugs are allowed inside or outside the home. A maximum of 12 guests can be accommodated, and only the number of guests indicated on the reservation are allowed to stay overnight. The number of vehicles on the property should not exceed two per reservation. Safety and privacy are paramount, with three cameras installed outside the house. Do not tamper with the devices, as fines may apply. Please wipe shoes at the door and remove them indoors when possible. Be considerate while socializing outdoors after 10 PM and before 8 AM, and keep excessive noise to a minimum during this time. No fireworks or firearms are allowed on the property, unless firearms are kept locked in a vehicle. Follow additional guidelines posted within the home, take out the trash per instructions upon departure, and report damages immediately. We reserve the right to terminate a reservation without refund and pursue monetary fines if guests are found to be in violation of any of these rules.
