Guests have free driveway parking for up to 4 vehicles, as well as free street parking. Self check-in with a smart lock makes arrival simple.
Located along the Roaring Fork River, this home offers access to trails and is an easy 15-minute drive to Aspen or Snowmass Village, and a 30-minute drive to Glenwood Springs. The surrounding area includes the Roaring Fork Club golf resort, the town of Basalt, numerous restaurants, and grocery stores such as Whole Foods and King Soopers.
There is absolutely no smoking and no drugs allowed inside the home or elsewhere on the property. Only the number of guests indicated on the reservation are allowed to stay overnight on-premise, unless otherwise agreed upon in written form. The number of vehicles on the property should never exceed two per reservation. Be considerate while socializing outdoors after 10 pm and before 8 am, and keep excessive noise to a minimum during this time. No fireworks of any kind are allowed. No firearms are allowed on the property, unless kept locked in a vehicle. Report damages immediately. The host reserves the right to terminate a reservation without refund and/or pursue monetary fines if guests are found to be in violation of any of these rules.
