Enjoy the comfort and convenience of a self-check-in. One day prior to your arrival you will receive a message with all the instructions. The hot tub and reclining couch are out of service. No indoor smoking is allowed, with a $500 fine for violations. Parties or large gatherings are not allowed, and only registered guests are permitted. Quiet hours are from 10 p.m. to 9 a.m. All cars must be parked in the property’s driveway as street parking is strictly forbidden. The pool and hot tub are professionally serviced twice a week during the summer months and once a week during the rest of the year. The pool is not heated. Security cameras are installed outside for security, none inside. Pest control service is monthly. High-speed wifi is available; no cable.
