The Association
The Esplanade consists of 1, 2, and 3 bedroom apartments. Many of the units have marina and mountain facing lanais. Amenities include a Fitness Center, over-sized saltwater pool, Jacuzzi, two steam rooms, five BBQ areas, two tennis courts (one lined for two pickleball courts), two practice courts, putting green, practice driving range, shuffleboard, boat docks, surfboard/paddle board/kayak/canoe racks, and Social Room with billiards table.
The Community
The Esplanade prides itself on being more than just a condominium complex as we are also a community. We have a weekly movie night, daily yoga, pickleball club, and social events throughout the year.
The Neighborhood
Hawaii Kai is the largest community on the southeastern side of Oahu. The area was developed by Henry Kaiser in the 1960’s and now covers over 6,000 acres around a central 500-acre marina. The neighborhood extends up several valleys and up the separating ridges.
