No smoking is allowed, not even 420. Any smoking must be 40 feet away from the building outside of any courtyard. There is a $1,000 fine for any unauthorized pet(s). Check-out time is 12 pm sharp. If furniture is not returned to its original location upon check-out, there will be an additional $50 furniture fee charged.
