Smoking or open flames, including vaping, marijuana, candles, incense, or any open flames, are strictly prohibited. Violation Fee: $1,000 + $500 ozone treatment + cleaning costs. No parties or events are allowed, including birthdays, bachelor/bachelorette gatherings, or any unapproved get-togethers. Quiet hours are from 10:00 PM – 8:00 AM. Undisclosed guests will incur a charge of $50 per person, per night. Unauthorized pets will incur a charge of $50 per pet per night. Late check-out will incur a charge of $75 per 30 minutes after 10:00 AM. Guests must be 25+ years of age to book. Undisclosed pets = $500 fine. Failure to return or provide a photo of keys/passes: $50.
