Our neighborhood is bisected by a lovely foot/bike path which runs the length of College Park, and our neighborhood park, which has tennis and basketball courts, plenty of grass, a pavillion with grills, and a recently built playground. As a result, this is a perfect location for families - it's a quiet neighborhood with easy access to great dining, public transit, Lake Artemesia, and everything the University and DC have to offer. This is a great home and neighborhood for a visiting family!
