Ocean front home in the 500 block of Ocean Blvd on the Isle of Palms, what more could you ask for. If you have seen this home in the past, you will not recognize the home. We have just completed an extensive renovation to the entire exterior of the home/completed May, 2013. Work competed includes: Remove all wood siding remaining on the house. We re-wrapped the house with felt and properly flashed the areas that require flashing, locations such as the water table band, roof rakes, and window and door heads. We then installed new cement siding and trim in accordance to manufacturers specs and guidelines. We replaced the front porch columns with square fiberglass columns that are resistant to rot along with replacing all handrails with #1 kiln dried pre-primed pickets and 2x4 top rails and bottom rails along with garapa wood rail caps. All done with stainless fasteners. Soffits and facia are wrapped with beaded vinyl soffits and metal facia. New insulated garage doors were installed with openers. Step lighting on the front steps were replaced with new low-voltage lights. All siding was pre-primed and painted with 2 finish coats of quality paint as we're all porch beams, bands and ceilings. Roof was replaced in 2011 and pavers were installed around pool at the same time. This house looks brand new on the outsider. This home features 6 bedrooms and 5 baths with a private ocean front swimming pool. Please ask for rental history.
