Smoking of any type is not allowed, with violations subject to a $450 fine plus the cost to clean, deodorize, and repair damages. Room 5 will be opened for groups of 12 or more guests. Check-in is at 4pm and checkout is at 10am. No parties or events are allowed, and small low-key gatherings are permitted only upon request and approval in advance. Pets should be discussed in advance, and we only allow house-trained pets, asking that they keep off beds and furniture. Pet cleaning fees apply. The spa heating element and jets are inoperable, and the fireplace is gas operated, to be used at your own risk. Noise level monitoring devices are installed to ensure compliance with local noise ordinances, but they do not record or store sound data.
