Visitors (non-overnight guests) are welcome with advance notice, subject to approval, and counted as half a guest toward the guest count. If you think you may forget/lose the key or lock yourself out, place the key back into the lockbox when you go outside. A minimum fee of $100 may be applied to key-related issues such as forgetting to return keys after checkout, lost keys, locking yourself out and requiring us to travel to bring spare keys, or key replacements, etc. If your dogs bark or potentially make loud noise when they are alone at the house, please bring them with you or place them somewhere quiet to avoid neighbor complaints.
