This centrally located apartment is close to scenic walking trails of Oakmont, dining favorites like Christopher’s World Grille, Koppe Bridge Burger, and C&J Barbeque, and just minutes from all the excitement of Texas A&M. Kyle Field and Texas A&M University are 13–14 minutes away, Christopher’s World Grille is 5–6 minutes away, and Koppe Bridge Burger & C&J Barbeque are 5–7 minutes away.
Smoking is not allowed in or on the property. If there is any evidence of smoking, $400 will be retained to deodorize the home. Do not turn the thermostat below 69 during the summer as the unit could freeze, and you will be charged the cost to repair the heating/cooling system. When leaving in the summer season, turn the thermostat up to 80 degrees. When leaving in the winter season, turn the thermostat down to 60 degrees. People other than those accounted for in the booking agreement may not stay overnight on the property. If unauthorized guests have stayed, a fee of $300 will be retained plus $25 per person. Pets are not allowed. Parties are prohibited. If the cleaning crew finds that the property has been left excessively dirty, you will be billed for the additional cleaning time at a rate of $50 per hour. No trash or other items may be left on the property or outside the front door. All trash must be bagged when placed in dumpster. There will be a $20 charge if this rule is not followed. If it is found that feminine products or other products besides toilet paper have been flushed and clogs the plumbing system, you will be charged the cost of the plumbing repair. Fires are not allowed on the property, and absolutely no candles may be burned in the house or on the property. Should there be security cameras, guests may not alter, tamper with, or access in any way. Failure to follow this rule will result in charges for the full amount of the damage caused by such failure. Guests must be 25 years or older to reserve the property.
Guests will need to provide their own paper goods. An initial set-up of trash liners, toilet paper (1-2 in each bathroom) and hand soap are provided. Extra items needed are the responsibility of the Guest (i.e., toothpaste, soap, extra toilet paper, shampoo, sunscreen, etc.). [SI]
