2- Once you’ve looked at the unit and like the facilities, text an e-mail address to me. I will forward a link to the online application to fill out.

3- You will need to establish proof of ability to pay the rent on your application and in the form of pay stubs or a history of bank deposits.

4- Text in a photo of your:
A. drivers license
B. car registration
C. Insurance card for car

5- Once all documents are received and the application is approved we will meet at the unit for an in-person interview.

6- The Post office supplies the mailbox key and the require a deposit and a signed lease to get that key.

7- All utilities are direct billed to the tenant and the account is with FPUA which is the Fort Pierce Utilities Authority. A deposit is required along with a signed lease.
