The unit I have is a ground floor apartment in the one story building. Map images are not up to date with the pictures as we have new metal roofs installed last year. The complex with 20 total units is on a dead end street. Very quiet in a residential neighborhood. Laundry on site for tenants only. 

Rent is $1500 plus state and tourist tax of $180 total $1680, with the on-time payment discount of $50. Rent will increase to $1730 if paid after the 1st of the month.

1- There is a 2 person maximum: All tenants must be listed on the lease and be approved by management. An approved tenant can not move in people without background checks and without being listed on the lease. 

2- The Orange Avenue Post office supplies the mailbox key and a $25 deposit and a signed lease is required to get that key. 

For you to-do:

1- Once you’ve looked at the unit and like the facilities an application link can be emailed to you. 

2- establish proof of ability to pay the rent on your application and in the form of pay stubs or a history of bank deposits. Text or email them. 

3- Send a photo of your drivers license via text or email. 

4- Send a copy of car registration via text or email. 
 
5- Send a copy of your car insurance card via text or email. 

6- Once all documents are received and the application is approved we can execute the lease.
