Guests must be at least 21 years old to make a reservation. If signs of smoking are found, an automatic $500 damage charge will be incurred. If marijuana is smoked, a $500 fee will be charged, and details may be turned over to authorities. Parties are prohibited, and quiet hours are between 10 PM and 7 AM. Violating quiet hours will result in cancellation of the reservation without a refund. Damage to the home or its furnishings will be the guest's responsibility. Excessive trash will incur a $100 charge for third-party removal. Pets must be registered, and a non-refundable fee applies. Evidence of pets must be cleaned up, including fur and waste.
