A workstation is available for rent during your stay, including a 32” monitor, wireless keyboard, and mouse. Well-behaved, quiet dogs are welcome with a pet fee of $59 per dog, with a maximum of two dogs allowed. If a dog is not registered, a $120 fee per dog will be charged. Guests must be at least 21 years old to make a reservation. Smoking is prohibited, and any signs of smoking will incur a $500 damage charge. Parties are not allowed, and quiet hours are between 10 PM and 7 AM. Violating quiet hours may result in cancellation of the reservation without a refund. Damage to the home or its furnishings will be the guest's responsibility. Trash must be bagged and placed in provided bins, with a $100 charge for excessive trash removal. Pets must be registered, and guests are responsible for cleaning up after them.
