Dogs are welcome with a fee of $59 per dog (two maximum). If you do not register your dog, you will be charged $120 per dog. Dogs are never allowed on the furniture or bed. If there is hair on the furniture, excess hair in the home, stains, damage, or waste found in the yard or home, you will be charged an additional fee. Quiet hours are observed between 10 pm and 7 am. Parties, additional guests, events, or large gatherings are not permitted. Smoking and vaping are not allowed inside or outside the home or building. Air conditioning must remain between 72 and 75 degrees in the summer and 68-72 in the winter and on AUTO to help ensure it stays in good working condition during your stay.
