Two concrete parking spots are in the back of the property and there is also overnight free parking on the street in front of the property. Early check-in is available for a fee of $35 if the check-in time is between 12:00 PM and 3:00 PM. A pet fee of $70 will be charged only if you bring pets. This fee covers the extra cleaning needed to ensure pet hair and smells are removed so the next guests have a clean property to enjoy.
Guests must acknowledge and accept all house rules. This is a quiet family neighborhood, so refrain from outdoor noise from 9:00 PM to 8:00 AM. No parties or events are allowed. Do not exceed the maximum number of guests listed. No smoking or vaping of any kind is allowed, and a $200 fee will be charged if evidence is found. Early check-ins or late departures without prior approval are not allowed. There is one security camera and one video doorbell in the front and back of the house for security purposes. Do not move any furniture or decorations within the premises. Please do not use the provided towels to remove makeup or clean something that could stain them, as you could be subject to an extra cleaning fee. Only one set of towels per person is provided. A starter pack of essentials is provided, but if you run out, it's your responsibility to refill them.
