In July 2019 after some heavy rains in the Hanover area it was found that the Front spouting of the house was clogged and water ran over the spout and worked its way into the basement. the water got into the carpet in the lower family room and created some mold conditions in the basement. The seller immediately had the carpet and mold removed and completed a professional mold remediation.
