Exterior lights should be turned off at night to preserve the dark skies, which are part of the valley's beauty. Drive slowly in the neighborhood to respect children, pets, and wildlife. A maximum of two licensed vehicles is allowed in the driveway and garages. Riding snow machines, dirt bikes, or ATVs in the subdivision or at the rental property is prohibited. Do not burn candles or incense in the home, and no fireworks are allowed on the premises. Keep all main entry doors locked when not occupied. Fines will apply for violations including but not limited to: leaving garbage in the house or litter on grounds, failure to disclose or clean up after pets, smoking in the house or garage, failure to follow house rules and respect posted signs, failure to follow check-out procedure, mistreatment of hot tub, or violations of local laws. A minimum $500 fine applies for smoking/vaping/marijuana in the house, violation of house rules, posted signs, laws, or failure to vacate at check-out time.
