The owner says that they believe there is hardwood floors under much or all of the carpet. There is a natural gas furnace & 5 ceiling fans. The house does need some work, and the seller wishes to sell it as-is & doesn't want to do any further work to it. Because of this, it wouldn't likely pass FHA, VA, or USDA financing, though if a buyer wanted to seek one of those the homeowner might consider letting them try. Maybe an FHA 203K loan which allows a buyer to borrow money to purchase the home & additional money to fix it up would be possible. Check with a lender.
