The main bedroom has a king-size bed with a television and a generous closet, which includes plenty of clothes hangers, an iron, and an ironing board. The bathroom has modern bath fixtures and tiled walls and floor, along with plush towels. A starter supply of bath products and detergents are included.
On-site parking is available. This condo is dog-friendly with a pet fee of $59 per dog (two maximum).
Situated in historic Elizabeth, this residence is conveniently located a few steps from Hawthorne Avenue, the heart of Charlotte’s health care district. Plaza Midwood and Uptown are a short ride away on the streetcar. Within a half mile walking distance are more than 40 locally owned restaurants, and Independence Park, Charlotte’s oldest park, is just down the street. The Charlotte greenway is less than a half mile away.
Dogs are never allowed on the furniture or bed. If there is hair on the furniture, excess hair in the home, stains, damage, or waste found in the yard or home, an additional fee will be charged. Smoking and vaping are not allowed inside/outside the home or building. To maintain a peaceful environment, parties, additional guests, events, or large gatherings are not permitted. Quiet hours are between 10 pm and 7 am. Guests must be at least 21 years old to make a reservation. Air conditioning must remain between 72 and 75 degrees in the summer and 68-72 in the winter and on AUTO to help ensure it stays in good working condition during your stay.
