The bathroom features modern bath fixtures, tiled walls and floor, and plush towels. A starter supply of Nest bath products and detergents is included.
This condo is dog-friendly with a pet fee of $59 per dog, with a maximum of two dogs. If you do not register your dog, you will be charged $120 per dog. A workstation is available for rent during your stay, including a 32” monitor, wireless keyboard, and mouse. There is ample on-site parking next to the building.

Guests must be at least 21 years old to make a reservation. Smoking is prohibited, and if any signs of smoking are found, an automatic $500 damage charge will be incurred. Parties are not allowed, and quiet hours are between 10 PM and 7 AM. If quiet hours are violated, the reservation may be canceled, and guests will be required to leave the property immediately without a refund. Trash must be bagged and placed in the bins provided, with a $100 charge for third-party trash removal if excessive trash is left. You will be responsible for any damage to the home or its furnishings during your stay.
