Just off the kitchen, the bathroom features a beautiful clawfoot tub. The generously sized bedroom comes fitted with a very comfortable queen-size bed, perfect for resting at the end of the day. The front porch is a great place to start your day and to hang out while you grill. This open concept living quarters is perfect for any couple, small family, or business professional visiting Pensacola.
Pets are welcome with a non-refundable pet fee. Pets must be crated when left unattended in the home, and are not allowed on furniture or beds. All waste must be cleaned up from the yard. If there is evidence of pet hair on the furniture, excess hair in the home, stains, or waste found in the yard or home, you will be charged the cost to clean this.
Conveniently located in a residential neighborhood, this property is less than 1 mile from downtown, 5 miles from Pensacola International Airport, and 7 miles from Pensacola Naval Air Station. Uber, Lyft, and other taxi services are available, but driving is encouraged.
The house has a digital keypad at the front door which will provide you access to the house. The code will be provided upon check-in, allowing for contact-free check-in. You will have full and private access to the home. This is a duplex and the back side of this house is also available to rent. There is a door that separates the two spaces in the bedroom that remains locked at all times unless both units are booked. Quiet hours are between 10 PM and 7 AM. If quiet hours are violated and neighbors are disturbed, your reservation may be canceled, requiring you to leave the property immediately without eligibility for refunds. Smoking is prohibited, and any signs of smoking will incur an automatic $500 damage charge. Parties are prohibited, and other events require prior approval. You will be responsible for any damage to the home or its furnishings during your stay. Excessive trash left at the property will incur a $100 charge for third-party removal.
