There is a lockbox at the property for you to get inside, so you can arrive any time, 24 hours/day.
Interaction with guests
I am available by text or phone to help with any issues that arise. However, you will have the apartment to yourself and I will not be bothering you. Enjoy your stay!
The neighbourhood
Safe neighborhood on a tree-lined street with families and children. Women walk their children in strollers at night right outside the house. Great restaurants in the area in a 5-10min walk. (See Guidebook in this listing). Mountain View is one of the safest and most enjoyable cities in the Bay Area :)
Getting around
There are busses and public transit nearby (2-4 blocks). In addition, freeways and CalTrain are not far.
Other things to note
1- Our property has fruit-bearing trees that attract ants and bugs. These are natural occurrences that are beyond our control. We do our best to keep the place clean and pest-free, but we cannot guarantee that you will not encounter any insects during your stay. Please be aware of this before booking. Thank you for your understanding.
2- In the rare event that the heater is not working, space heater/s are available.
