What we love about our house: Location, Location, Location. It is in a family friendly neighborhood. It is in walking distance to downtown Boyne City's restaurants, shopping, beaches, playgrounds and beautiful sunsets. It is close to boating opportunities, skiing, golfing, biking and hiking trails. It is six miles from the Boyne Mountain Resort. Our beautiful Boyne City has lots community festivals, including Stroll the Streets on Friday evenings. It is walking distance to great schools. There are lots of organizations to get involved with. We love that you can watch the Fourth of July parade from the front porch. We love sitting on the front porch and talking to the people who walk by. We have had many a wonderful Halloween on our porch too. We love the improvements that we have been able to do to our home Kitchen: Quarts counter tops (A beam was put in in order to hold the quarts weight), Fridge, Gas Convection stove, Bosch Dishwasher in the kitchen (2011); Upstairs: New walls (Mold remediation from water damage before the new roof was put on), in the Master Bedroom and new finishes, and carpeting throughout the upstairs bedrooms, hallway and stairway (2019) Front porch: New railing and stairs to the covered front porch with a new walkway (2019) Yard: Sprinkler system (2018); Fencing has been added to around the back yard (2019); Huge cement driveway with a gate that makes the back yard accessible for RV or Boat. Water and power hook ups for a camper. Newer landscape next to the driveway (2018) Large fenced in back yard. Inviting patio for lounging around a fire and beautiful landscape. Great seasonal rental history. Pet and kid friendly.
