The third bedroom, located on an enclosed porch, is a spacious room for sleeping and playing, featuring a bunk bed that sleeps 2, a lay-down queen sofa bed, a foosball table, toys, and a smart TV. This room also provides access to the private saltwater pool area. Both bathrooms are full bathrooms, with one featuring a shower/tub combo and the other a shower only.

No unregistered guests or parties or events are allowed. Smoking, vaping, or illegal drug activity is not allowed inside the property at any time, but smoking outside the home and pool area is permitted, provided all butts are extinguished properly and discarded in trash bins. Any smoking trash/butts left out will be fined. Quiet hours are from 10 pm to 8 am. No eating or drinking in the bedrooms. Shoes must be removed within the home. Basic pickup is required before departure, including doing the dishes and taking garbage outside. Check-in and check-out must be on time, though alternate times may be available for a fee. The pool area has a locked lanai with a key available for guest use, and the door from the house to the pool area has a keyed deadbolt. The fireplace chimney is capped and cannot be used. Guests are responsible for any damages caused by their pet. Pre-approval is required for all pets, including service animals.
