Shop and relax in nearby downtown Banner Elk, just a short 6-mile drive away, or enjoy one of the many restaurants in town. You are also a short drive from Blue Ridge Parkway, Grandfather Mountain, Beech Mountain, Valle Crucis, Boone, and Blowing Rock. It is highly recommended to bring a 4WD or AWD to access Sugar Mountain, and during winter months, snow chains are suggested to assist. There is a unit located above.
Smoking and pets are not allowed. People other than those in the guest's party designated in the reservation may not stay overnight at the property. Any other person in the property is the sole responsibility of the guest. Keep the property and all furnishings in good order and only use appliances for their intended uses. There is no daily housekeeping service, and while linens are included, daily maid service is not included in the rental rate. Local authorities may ticket or fine for improper equipment, such as not having chains on tires during winter months.
