All rooms with windows including the bathroom. High ceilings and period moldings make for a truly unique home. Flexibility to work from home and have a spare or guest room, or a huge windowed walk in closet. This is a non-smoking building and pets are unfortunately not allowed. Apartment features period oak hardwood floors and very large eat-in-kitchen. Heat and hot water are included in the rental price.

THE LOCATION: Straddling Greenpoint and Williamsburg, this floor-thru apartment is steps from McCarren Park. The Nassau G train is very close by, but many who live in the area walk or ride their bikes across McCarren to the Bedford L. Graham L is also accessible by just walking down Graham Avenue. The M43 line bus which is steps from the front door travels south to the Graham Avenue L and North into Greenpoint and LIC. Many excellent bars and restaurants are just a short walk away.
