Cutest house award goes to this one! Original hardwood floors are in great shape and oh, so beautiful. Doors and trim look great without the usual 8,000 layers of paint on them! Upstairs bedroom and living room are both quite large. Upstairs bathroom has accessible soaking tub, but can still be used as a shower. The lower level has a large laundry room, one bedroom, and another large room with an identity crisis--the home was used as a duplex at one point in time and it served as a living room then, but it could easily be a bedroom if that's what you need it for as it has built in storage. This room also has a kitchenette off of it, with the cutest stove and fold down table. (The bedroom and other room downstairs are both non-conforming). Storm windows are in wonderful shape, steel siding is a bonus, and the garage only needs some paint, but otherwise is in very good condition. Don't let this one pass you by for an opportunity to become a homeowner for the first time or downsize. This would make a great rental property as well.
