Both have front and back porches that need work. The following has been seen in the house: fuses in the elec box, single pane wood frame windows, roof missing shingles, metal siding over existing wood house. Some corners are missing the metal siding, no heating or air, no applianced, ceilings are timlok ceiling tiles are coming down. Off grade home with a very small crawl space. Only access is thru the dining room covered area. The trailer age and size is unknown. Remodeled was started in the bedrooms but never finished. Missing light fixtures. No appliances and cabinets damaged in the kitchen. Insulation coming down under the trailer. Breakers removed from the outside elec panel box.
