These features make your stay even more special. The condo is equipped with air conditioning, WiFi, heating, a full kitchen, and a grill area, ensuring you feel at home during your stay.
Parking is available with limited spaces for a maximum of 2 cars.
Located in a prime beachfront area, The Colonnades 1901 offers easy access to local attractions such as the Gulf Shores Golf Club, Waterville USA, Alabama Gulf Coast Zoo, and Gulf State Park Fishing Pier, all within a short drive. The Wharf is also just 10.3 km away, providing a variety of entertainment options.
For your safety and protection, some properties have cameras installed outside, but surveillance cameras are not inside any of our properties. Beach towels are not provided. From March 1st to May 1st, the minimum age requirement for check-in is 25 years old. For same-day late check-ins, host approval is required before booking. The home has a maximum occupancy limit, and renters who exceed this limit are subject to eviction. No smoking is allowed in the unit or on the balcony, and any violation will incur a $250 fine plus cleaning costs. Quiet hours are observed from 10 pm to 8 am, with violators charged a $200 fine. The traveler must be at least 22 years old to make a reservation, and a State Identification Card or Driver's License copy will be requested upon booking. The condominium association has a strict no-pets policy, which applies to emotional support animals, although ADA-compliant service dogs are allowed according to Federal Law. We are not responsible for any accidents, injuries, or stolen or damaged items that occur while on the premises, its facilities, or parking lots. No parties or events are allowed, and violators will be charged a $500 fine.
