The seller states that there is a well on the property that has never been used. I have found it on the state ADEQ site but I do not know the location on the property. Inside the fenced area are two 40 acre parcels. It will be the lower portion or the one on the left. The gate is to both parcels and between the two. The roads are very good and only the last small portion which is Juniper Berry Trail is rough. The bottom portion of the land has a very deep wash but the property sits very high without danger of flooding. It is a beautiful parcel of land.
