The dining area features a table with seating for 8, and the living area is adorned with a comfortable sectional, sofa chair, coffee tables, media console, flat-screen 60” TV, and high-speed Wi-Fi.
Free parking is available to guests, with options to park in the garage, on neighborhood streets, and on the driveway. A laundry room is available for your use. Pets are welcome with a non-refundable pet fee of $150 per pet, with a maximum of 2 pets per stay. An additional nightly rate applies for more than 6 guests, with a $29/night fee for each additional guest.

You’ll be only a few minutes from Dallas, with highlights such as the Eisemann Center for the Performing Arts, the North Texas Automotive Museum, and the Heights Family Aquatic Center just a short drive away. For those interested in exploring Dallas, noteworthy attractions include Reunion Tower, the Perot Museum of Nature and Science, and the Dallas World Aquarium.
Smoking of any type is not allowed, with violations subject to a $450 fine plus the cost to clean, deodorize, and repair damages. Check-in is at 4pm and checkout is at 10am. No parties or large gatherings are allowed, and only registered guests are permitted on the property. A noise alert device is installed to monitor decibel levels, ensuring compliance with local noise ordinances. Pets should be discussed in advance, and only house-trained pets are allowed.
