Relax on the lounge chairs with a book or enjoy the comfort of our standard chairs. Cable and internet services through Optimum are free to residents too! Residents just have to visit the Optimum office after moving in & they will get everything set up for you!

Parking is open and unlimited. However, the community does offer carports as an option for those who wish to have reserved, covered parking close to home for just a small monthly fee! You can set this up at move-in or after you move-in if you change your mind.

Have a pet? Oakridge Apartment homes are pet-friendly! No weight limits are imposed and pets are welcome! Please contact the community office staff for breed restrictions and pet policies.

The homes at Oakridge Apartments are all electric. Electric service is provided by Lubbock Power and Light. Water is allocated and very affordable. Your water bill is easy to pay, you can pay your bill each month with your rent through your portal!

Grassano Properties allows residents to conveniently pay rent, report maintenance issues, upload insurance info...and more! Our resident online portal helps keep your home life streamlined and simple.

We strive to provide our residents with a true sense of "community". We host year-round onsite events and hold monthly contests online as well! We highly encourage all our residents to follow our six social media platforms and to participate in all our activities and challenges. Paying the application and administration fee online will require a debit or credit card. Grassano communities do not charge move in deposits!!
