This unit and community is smoke-free with no smoking in the unit, on the patios, or in the complex. There are stairs throughout the complex and to the unit, and no luggage carts are available. For longer rentals of 30 days or more, the guest will be responsible for all gas and electricity charges over $200 per month or billing cycle. The bill will be provided to the guest and the excess will either be deducted from the deposit, billed, or charged to the credit card on file.
For remote work, it is recommended to bring a hotspot as internet interruptions can occur.
