The layout is ideal for families or groups: two bedrooms are located downstairs, the entry and main living space are on the first (main) floor, and the private primary suite occupies the upper level with its own balcony. Enjoy all the comforts of home with convenient in-unit washer and dryer, fast Wi-Fi, cable TV, BBQ grill, and two secure gated parking spaces. Guests also have access to the community clubhouse, which features a pool table and ping pong table, perfect for relaxing and having fun after a day at the beach.
Gated underground parking with two spaces included. Community amenities include an oceanfront complex with direct beach access, a large heated lap pool open year-round, two relaxing hot tubs, four tennis courts, clubhouse and lounging areas, and outdoor showers for rinsing off sandy toes.

No air conditioning, but coastal breezes and fans are provided. Maximum occupancy is 7 guests including children. No pets are allowed. This unit and community is smoke-free with no smoking in the unit, on the patios, or in the complex. There are stairs throughout the complex and to the unit, and no luggage carts are available. For longer rentals of 30 days or more, the guest will be responsible for all gas and electricity charges over $200 per month or billing cycle. The bill will be provided to the guest and the excess will either be deducted from the deposit, billed, or charged to the credit card on file.
For remote work, it is recommended to bring a hotspot as internet interruptions can occur.
