Fertile Working Farm in Waimea!

This 1.27 acre working, productive, income-producing farm is located along the Menehune River towards the end. This is land-only, however, a septic system is already installed (awaiting the home construction for finals) and a County water meter is also there. It even includes a John Deere mower, and a pick-up truck to get you to market!

We looked for over 2 years to find the owner this specific piece of land for his retirement dream of being a farmer. Over an acre, irrigation water, some existing fruit trees (bananas, Papayas, and mangos) which he immediately began selling. His plan was to have a fully operating small truck farm within five years selling avocados year round (5 varieties), 2 varieties of oranges (naval and Valencia), Bears lives, Honey tangerines, tangelos and lemons.
