Play in your own back yard beach volleyball court or stroll along the coastline. This part of the ocean is the perfect spot for surfing and paddle boarding. Carpinteria is a 15 minute drive to Santa Barbara. Owner will consider shorter lease - minimum 30 days. Summer rate (May-Labor Day) at $20,000 per 30 day stay.
