We have 4 grassy paddocks to graze in and romp around and 2 dirt paddocks with access to a run-in shed that lets us take a break from the sun or rain. We also have a ring with clay footing where our owner loves to ride. Our barn is beautiful - 36'x36' of space with four 12 foot stalls and rubber mats to keep us comfortable. We've also got a tack room and a grooming stall with hot and cold water. The hay loft runs the length of the barn, and with bumper level access no elevator is needed to load our hay! Of course none of us have ever been inside the house, but we hear them talking about it all the time. They love it's wonderful views from both the front porch and the oversized back deck that overlooks our paddocks, barn and ring so they can always keep an eye on us. We hear that the floor plan is open with a floor to ceiling fireplace with pellet stove that keeps them warm and cozy. The large kitchen is open to the great room and has a large pantry and laundry room. The master bedroom is located on the main floor with access to the oversized deck. Upstairs there are two additional bedrooms and over the garage is a 4th bedroom or bonus room with space to add another bathroom. There is also a large walk-out lower level with both garage and interior access. We can't wait to show you around!
