The lower unit has a fully fenced backyard, which you may occasionally share with other guests.

Contactless, 24/7 check-in is available, allowing you to access the property at your leisure, day or night. A digital house manual filled with useful information about the property and local recommendations will be provided. While there is no AC, the ocean breeze provides a cool wind during the hot summer months. A washer and dryer are available for your convenience, shared with the back unit. Quiet hours are from 10 PM to 10 AM. Excessive noise or disturbances may result in immediate eviction without refund. Smoking or vaping is not allowed indoors, including cigarettes, marijuana, or e-cigarettes. Any cleaning or damage costs will be charged to the primary guest. No pets are allowed. Late checkout may result in a fee of up to $200 unless approved in advance. Fines may apply for violations of house rules or city ordinances, including Code Enforcement penalties.
