The third floor is walk up, useable and has heat but is not included in the GLA because of ceiling heights. The basement is finished with drywall, built ins and carpet. The HWT was installed in 2021, the roof 2012, Central air is 2020, Electric panel in 2020. There is a commode in the basement and there were plans to create another bathroom. See this masterpiece!
