in February 2017 the roof and gutters replaced, hot water tank installed, 10 new windows installed, new 100-Amp electric service, gas line replaced, new kitchen counter, and lots of plumbing work done. Some of the walls are dirty and could use painting. The small room in the rear that had carpet could use new flooring. One of the bedroom floors is painted and could use new flooring. Forced air furnace. No central air conditioning. Ducts cleaned in the whole house last month. The subway tile in the basement is in great shape. Water gets in basement when it rains hard and downspout extenders aren't positioned correctly. Garage is full of stuff. Garage doors have springs to open them but no working garage door openers. The kitchen is decent.
