Completely remodeled Colonial with finished basement in quiet cul-de-sac. The entire house has been updated since purchased in 2007. Pride of ownership is displayed throughout the house. In 2009 new hardwood floor and the rest of the first floor was stained and refinished. In 2010 all the bathrooms were renovated. In 2011 all the doors were replaced, tiles were installed in basement, and the entire kitchen was renovated. Just last year the entire house was painted and a battery backup sump pump was installed in the basement. roof was installed back in 2005, 2 years before the home was purchased. They have had regular maintenance two times a year on the gutters and downspouts for the last several years. Regarding the heating system, the baseboard heating is oil and the heat pump is electric. The owner says the heat pump is sufficient for mild to moderate winter temperatures (up to 30 degrees outside temperature)and was installed 2 years ago. The baseboard heating system is also regularly maintained and serviced professionally. It came with the house and the service company stands by their statement that it is reliable and in good condition and they have had no issues with it. In addition, they refill their oil tank about 4 times per year and have a household of 5. It is a very smart and efficient way to heat the home and counter the cost of oil heat. Property is within walking distance to Caley Elementary School, conveniently located within walking distance of Township Park and minutes to King of Prussia mall. Easy access to PA TP, Rts 113, 63 and 73.
