The master ensuite sleeps two and includes a king-size bed, a full bathroom with a walk-in shower, a dresser, a smart TV, and a large walk-in closet. There is also a second full bathroom with a walk-in shower and a second bedroom that sleeps two with a queen-size bed, a dresser, a closet, and a smart TV. A washer/dryer and ironing board/iron are also available. The second floor offers a second living space with a couch and a smart TV, a guest bedroom with a queen-size bed, a third bedroom that sleeps two with a queen-size bed, a closet, a dresser, and a smart TV, and a fourth bedroom that sleeps three with a full-size bed with a twin trundle, a closet, a dresser, and a smart TV. The full bathroom has a walk-in shower. The guest suite features a fully stocked kitchen with a small cooking set and drip coffee maker, a dining set for four, a queen-size bed, a smart TV, a dresser, a full bathroom with a walk-in shower, and a closet with a washer/dryer. Beach gear is provided, including chairs, a wagon, and an umbrella. Bathrooms feature bright, LED lighted mirrors.
Pool heat is available for an additional fee of $25 per day. The long driveway accommodates up to 5-6 cars or even boat trailers.
Enjoy the beautiful outdoor area with a pool, relaxing loungers, and a shaded sitting area. Beach access is less than a 10-minute walk away, and the Palmetto boat ramp is just a few blocks away, with access to the Matanzas River. Historic downtown is a 15-minute drive away.
Quiet hours are between 10 pm and 8 am per St. Johns County ordinance and are enforced. If you have more guests on the premises than you have notated in your reservation, we reserve the right to charge an additional fee. One dog under 50 lbs is permitted for each stay. The dog must be up to date on vaccinations, have flea treatment, and be potty trained. A $100 non-refundable pet fee will be applied. Guests are responsible for any damages caused by the pet during their stay. Additional charges will apply if dog feces are not picked up and properly disposed of (bagged and placed in the outside trash bin) ($50 per pile). Guests who stay past checkout time will be charged an additional fee of $50/hr. If evidence of smoking is found, you will be subject to an additional cleaning fee.
