The fireplace is woodburning and not warranted but the owners installed an electric insert. The fenced in back yard has a great patio for that morning coffee with plenty of room for outdoor furniture. (outdoor furniture negotiable except for the composite seating it goes) several storage sheds will stay and an invisible fence surround the property for those wandering pets. Drapes do not stay however any blinds can stay, taxes are homestead and there is a pet cam in the living room that is video and audio.
