Guest Access: You'll have access to the entire unit, your designated underground parking spot, and all community amenities, including the gym, seating areas, fire pit, and grill.

Important Note: While downtown San Diego offers incredible convenience and experiences, it's important to be aware of the local homeless situation. Our clean and safe program works hard to maintain the streets, but you may occasionally notice tents set up nearby. The police are active in monitoring and assisting those in need, so it tends to fluctuate.
