Pets are welcome with a $100 non-refundable pet fee, and guests are responsible for any damages caused by the pet during their stay. Additional charges apply if pet waste is not properly disposed of.

The Florida East Coast Railway runs near the home and may be heard several times a day, including at night. Quiet hours are enforced between 10 p.m. and 8 a.m. per St. Johns County ordinance. A security camera is installed at the front door, and tampering with it may result in reservation cancellation. No parties or smoking are allowed on the property, and a $50 per hour fee applies for late check-outs. Pets must be up to date on vaccinations and potty trained. The minimum age to book is 21, and the primary guest must be present for the duration of the stay.
