About This Home

As of March 2021

I am a virtually brand new home since I was rebuilt in 2015. My foundation is original but my floor has now been reinforced. I have a gorgeous kitchen with newer appliances, a mini split heating and cooling system as well as a wood stove that keeps me cozy when its cold outside. My living room and laundry room are spacious. I have 2 regular sized bedrooms, a smaller third bedroom, good for an office or library and a bonus sunroom (fully finished porch) whose floor needs replacing. My yard is slightly sloped and I am within reasonable walking distance to town. I have a nice vantage point and windows to take advantage of my view of the beautiful hills around me. Although I don't have a garage, I do have a carport which keeps the sun and the snow at bay and a full, unfinished basement area that can be used for storage.
