We do not meet with the guests at check-in, all the instructions and codes will be provided to you before check-in. We are always available if something comes up that guests may need help with. The duplex-style home is not a shared space with the other tenants, offering 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms fully to the guests. A starter pack of amenities is provided inside the home, including a fresh paper towel roll, a new roll of toilet paper per bathroom with extras left under the sink, hand soap in each bathroom and kitchen, 1 new sponge, dish soap and 3 dishwasher tabs where applicable, 1 set of travel-sized shampoo, conditioner, and body wash per bathroom, a few trash bags with one in the can upon arrival, and 3 laundry pods for the washer and dryer.
