Prior guest verification is required, including providing a government-issued photo ID, confirming contact details, completing a verification process, and possibly undergoing a background check. All guests must sign a rental agreement outlining the terms of their stay. Guests must provide the necessary information within 24 hours of booking (within 1 hour for same-day bookings). Reservations that do not meet verification criteria may be canceled.
